After you purchase the Virtual Santa booking, you will receive an email with a questionnaire for you to fill out. We will also follow up to schedule the best time for both your schedule and Santa’s for the virtual visit.
For the best connection with Santa, you will need:
- high-speed internet connection
- computer, cell phone, or tablet with a camera, speaker, and microphone
- Zoom App downloaded onto your device. You do not need a Zoom account to log into your Virtual Santa Claus Visit. If you do have a Zoom account, of course, you can use it
- you will need your confirmation email with your Zoom meeting passcode and Meeting ID
Install ZOOM on your device well before your scheduled appointment to
ensure there are no connection issues during your visit that will cut
into your time with Santa.
We suggest that you log in 10 minutes before your session to make sure your video and sound are working correctly.

Yes, your meeting with Santa will be private. Your confirmation email will have a unique-to-you Meeting ID and Passcode that only you and

Santa visits range between 10 -30 minutes depending on the package purchased.
For best results, please make sure you have a high-speed broadband or wifi connection.
Absolutely yes! You can request that Santa and his helpers ask specific questions during your visit.
To personalize your visit, please fill out the questionnaire included in your confirmation email. Please send your responses back to us within at least 48 hours of your visit so we can make sure Santa has all the information he needs for your child’s visit. The questionnaire includes questions like; Name, age, what they want for Christmas, and any other fun facts you might like to add to make the experience a personal and memorable one to last a lifetime!
A virtual visit can include however many children from the same household. Please note that how much Santa can interact with each child will be limited based on the time package you purchased.
Depending on the package you purchased, Santa will ask the following questions:
- Have you have been good this year?
- What do you want for Christmas?
- What’s your favorite part of Christmas?
Other activities you can coordinate and plan for your visit. These activities will require more time with Santa depending on how many
children are present and how many activities you want to do.

If you have a special request for the zoom call with Santa please let us know in advance so we make sure we can fulfill your request.
*** Please note once a zoom meeting has been set up, we are unable to reschedule the call based upon Santa’s busy schedule. No refunds will
be issued for cancellations.
Santa In Person
A ‘Real Bearded” Santa is a gentleman who possesses a real beard. He is not wearing a man-made designer beard of synthetic, animal, or human hair.
Due to the many concerns in our society today, and for the safety and peace of mind of clients, Santa (Kole Snodgrass) is happy to provide clients with a current copy of the certificate of criminal background check.
Due to the nature of our traditional outfits, it is necessary that Santa have periodic breaks and that their performance location be cool and comfortable, we recommend 68 degrees. If outdoors or in a warm environment, appropriate breaks may be necessary as per health and safety needs. It is assumed that all events will be indoors, or that arrangements have been made if the event is held outdoors and weather becomes an issue, and therefore cancellations due to inclement weather are not accepted.
Santa understands that every party is unique and special to the needs of the client, family and guests. Santa is booked at many events throughout the season and often two to five consecutive events per day, especially on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Often it is difficult to make changes after the initial booking is made, as Santa, like a doctor, has filled in all of his appointments. Because of this, special requests or changes made after confirmation, are at the client’s cost, and must be made in advance.
